WEBSITE, TICKET, AND PRODUCT TERMS

These Terms govern your use of gatherandglowclub.com and your purchase of physical products, registration for an event, or attendance at a Gather and Glow Club LLC event. By using the site, buying a product or ticket, registering, or attending, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice at https://gatherandglowclub.com/privacy/.

EVENTS AND TICKETS

Gather and Glow hosts creative workshops, social gatherings, private events, and partner experiences. An event page identifies the event-specific date, time, venue, price, included materials, age guidance, and special requirements. Your ticket is a personal, revocable license to attend the named event. Tickets are sold through Shopify or another disclosed platform, whose terms also apply to the transaction it handles. A private-event inquiry is not a reservation.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products are described on their Gather and Glow detail page and sold through Shopify checkout. Product images and colors may vary slightly by display or production. Availability, shipping methods, applicable taxes, and the final order total are confirmed in Shopify before payment. Review the Shipping and Returns Policy at https://gatherandglowclub.com/shipping-returns/ before ordering. Event tickets remain subject to the Refunds and Cancellations Policy at https://gatherandglowclub.com/refunds/.

EVENT INFORMATION AND CHANGES

We may make reasonable changes to an event when needed for safety, venue conditions, weather, instructor, supply, partner, legal, or operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of material changes using the contact information provided at purchase.

ELIGIBILITY, MINORS, AND ACCESSIBILITY

Most events are designed for adults and guests age 16 or older unless the event page says otherwise. A parent or legal guardian must purchase for and accompany or authorize a minor as required. Contact us as early as practical to discuss accessibility accommodations.

SAFETY, FOOD, AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

Follow host and venue instructions, use materials only as directed, and supervise any minor in your care. Food, drinks, scents, and materials may involve allergens or other sensitivities. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. You are responsible for deciding whether to consume or use anything provided and for safeguarding your belongings.

TICKETS, ARRIVAL, AND CONDUCT

Tickets are valid only for the named event and may not be resold, used for a commercial promotion, or copied. We may refuse entry or remove a guest whose conduct is unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive, illegal, or materially inconsistent with event or venue rules.

PHOTOS, FEEDBACK, AND COMMUNITY CONTENT

We or our photographers may capture photographs and video at events for promotional use when notice is provided. By purchasing a ticket for or attending an event after that notice, an adult guest grants Gather and Glow permission to use the guest's likeness and voice as captured in candid or group event content, without compensation. Tell the host at check-in or contact us before the event if you do not want to appear. We will ask separately before using an identifiable private message, named review, testimonial, or planned individual portrait as marketing content. Separate written permission is required for a minor's identifiable image, voice, or testimonial.

WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site, event descriptions, brand assets, photographs, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Gather and Glow and are protected by law. You may use the site for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the site, its content, ticket links, RSVP links, or guest information.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gather and Glow provides the site and events on an as-is and as-available basis, except for promises expressly made in a confirmed purchase or written agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gather and Glow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal property. Our total liability for a claim related to a ticketed event will not exceed the amount you paid to Gather and Glow for that event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Before filing a claim, contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Pima County, Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you use the site, buy a product or ticket, or register will apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.
